Denise Onen

UCT's first black and feminine body to graduate with a Bachelor of Music specialising in Music Technology, Denise Onen is a South African-born multipotentialite of East African descent. Her collaborations and work in sound and music led to her receiving a 2018 SAMRO Music Bursary. In 2019, she was the youngest and most remote poet to be included in a Swedish and Danish anthology [Kapittel Onderkapittel].
