Julia Raynham

Julia Raynham is a transdisciplinary professional, working as a performing artist, cultural researcher, Artistic Director of NPO and Sangoma. Her work is grounded in an African Humanism that is both secular and sacred. She has an academic background in Architecture, Jazz & African Music, IKS, Cultural Policy and Business Management. Her professional work has the capacity to undermine orthodoxy and reflects the complex subjectivities of the local within a globalised world.
